All digital products, including downloadable guides, ebooks, templates, and other digital content, are non-refundable once the purchase has been completed and the digital product has been accessed or delivered.

Because digital products can be downloaded or accessed immediately, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind or after the product has been accessed.

If you experience a problem receiving your digital product or believe you received the wrong or defective file, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
